Default Thoughts on this cooler

What are your thoughts on this cooler? http://www.coolitsystems.com/index.php/domino-alc.html

I heard it was a good cooler. I found it for $55. Would this be good enough to push an i7 to 4GHz?

I hear that as far as 1 piece watercooling goes, they aren't half bad. If you can get it cheap, why not!

Very low quality cooler, and has tons of problems. I would just go with a megahalems

+1 to above, the ALC is pretty low quality (although it *does* work, the price premium you pay for it isn't worth it) get a megahalem for air cooling, or if you have the waterbug, just do a few weeks of research, ask questions in the h2o cooling forum, and build your own loop
