Default Corrosion Issue

Really need some help to figure this one out. This system was built by another person and it looks like it has some issues. Here are the parts -

Thermaltake Xaser VI with the cooling unit
Core i7 975
Rampage II Gene

It looks like condensation built up on the processor causing corrosion to form. This seems to have killed the processor but the motherboard is good. What can I use to completely seal the processor so condensation and corrosion doesn't happen again? Thanks.

Terrible isn't it?

Let me be frank with you, If you value your components, you'll never use a thermaltake watercooling kit ever again.

Its not a watercooling kit, it is the Xpressar RCS1000 Refrigerating system. It certainly wasn't my choice to put it in there. Another tech recommended it and now I'm the one tasked with fixing the problem like usual. I just have very little experience with working with systems that can run cold enough to build condensation on the processor its self.

Well just decided to say screw the refrigeration system and put a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus on it. Seems to be running pretty well. Thanks for the input.
