Bump for our little thread

I actually found the real reason people use the Matrox Millenium out earlier - newer graphics cards, when the monitor is connected on the VGA port, see the display as "dangerous" and so shut it off

I'm thinking about mounting a PSOne LCD behind mirror acrylic. Would it still be viewable when on?

Where did you get a PS One LCD from? eBay? I dont wanna spend over $30 on it. Do you know of any other screens that could be modded similarly to this one?

eBay, Amazon or a local games/pawn shop are your best bets.

And any PSOne screen will work as long as the pin-out works the same

Ahh...erm, it all depends on the pin-out.

The pin-out is the diagram which tells you where to solder each wire - where each of the connections are.
