You'll need the correct caps and resistors next to the slot too I think?

But like Roninde said, you only need to wire up the power pins for the iRAM to work.

Nice mod though! Good soldering work

I checked a 'sister' mobo from intel - it had *very* similar specs to this one - it also had *all* the slots there - no extra caps I could see on pic

yeah, I'm aware of i-RAM not needing data - thought I might just do it for the hell of it

the CPUs are only 31W

Just in the BIOS I think. They have thermal throttling in them anyways, so it shouldn't be an issue.
