If it does not recognize the slots... my idea would be to flash the BIOS with the BIOS of the similar board... that way it should work??

Just because the board doesn't have a PCI slot doesn't mean it doesn't support it.
__________________Look at your device manager guys. You'll find a ISA bridge in there somewhere. Now look in your case. See any ISA slots?
