Default 20 volts on Fan

Is 20 volts on a 12 volt computer fan pushing it too hard??? i used it for 31 minutes now and it did not break yet... this is for my battery charger...

hmmm. try 14v, 20 is probably too high.....
cuz inside a fan there's a circut, not just a motor...

well i guess it depends on the fan but if its still chuggin along its probibly fine

but to make shure keep it from spining if it doesnt blow up then its not gonna

think it's more like LEDs, it does run on a higher voltage, but dies faster
so if your like me, have tons of fans sitting around, then do it
make sure you use a fan guard, if the blade comes off.........

How is it that you Overvolt fans? I havn't found any proper guides through google yet (Which is shocking, Because "If you can't Google it, It doesn't exist").

you get a pack of batteries, connect them together, then you'll have
hmm what's 1.5x12
edit: then you'll have 18volts
