ok i just found out that my blue LEDs produce some UV lights, when i put the uv coolant in front of it it glows....

it's $20 but amazingly the rip-off-local-computer-store sells it for $17
it's reactive to UV lights, and it's not electrical-conductive, so even if the wc setup leaks your mobo wont fry
