yeah i cant think of much else that can really be plastied...(new word so bear with me lol)\
most significant things are the case and cd drives.. other possible items are cables, maybe the outside of a powersupply.. what about a pump? a maybe there... cant really think of anything else that can realistically be plastied for positive results...

fan grills would work, tho i would probably just spray paint them with regular black
