are you dipping the entire fan or just the cables and for what purpose?

Only dipping the cables for the purpose of dipping the cables. For me, removing connectors and sleeving then heatshrinking and then reconnecting the connectors is too much of a pain in the ass. This seems to be a viable alternative based on the results I have seen so far. Third video uploading now. Still waiting for the video of the dipping to finish "processing".

Nice... need lighting dude, lol.

But I would have put weight on the end to help stretch out the wire.

Is that a scorpio? It looks a lot like my case, before I plasti-dipped it of course.

So... did I miss it, or are you going to try another coat on the other one to test to see if it loses the flexibility???
Plus... did it have the same feel as a liquid tape???

Cool, I've spent the past week sleeving cables for my Black Listed build.

Should be interesting to see how they all come out with another coat and such.

Thanks for the comments, guys. Keep them coming. I just finished taping off most of the connectors on this POS power supply that is getting dipped. Not going to do all of them but I will do the main ones to get a feel for how they look when done and most importantly, how flexible they are.

Can you get some pictures using the macro mode on your camera so we can maybe get some up close shots to see how it came out?

Sadly, I dont think this POS camera has a macro mode and if it does, the chinese directions in the manual dont tell me how to use it.
