LCD monitor deskmod question
I've got this LCD monitor from a laptop and was wondering if there is any sort of adapter out there that I could use to hook the lcd's video in to a VGA cable.
 I know it would be a ton easier to use an LCD from a desktop monitor, but I've had this laptop for a while. The rest of it is junk, but I wanted to somehow make use of the screen. And the mod I want to do is basically embed the monitor in my desk. Like bevel out a rectangle and have the screen sit in it with probably a plexi cover.

If the res is good on the screen, you could always do a DIY projector screen and the sky is the limit.
