Ummmm.... sell your bed, buy a futon, it will be a couch in the day, a bed by night. And is that a tv on your desk near the window? The box with wierd colors? If it is and if it's a flat screen, wall mount it maybe? A cool reading lamp screwed into the wall above your bed would look nice I think, at least for me it does. That's all I can think of. Post a reply plz.

I cant really ditch the bed, I had a couch for years but I messed up my back last year so I pretty much have to have a bed now.
Yep thats a 24" flatscreen wall-mounted, I pretty much have to wall mount that screen because using the stand would use up to much desk space and it would have to be on the edge in order to see it from the bed. A reading lamp could work, maybe I could find a nice l.e.d. one. Some sort of lighting is one thing I have to figure out, as the house is older and it doesn't have any ceiling or wall-mounted lights. Actually I do have a couple in there, but those pictures above missed them, below are a couple close ups. You did actually remind me that I forgot to design in speakers for the tv . The black box under the window is an amp that I currently use for my PC and TV, which I will use for this room as well.(click images to enlarge) (silver square on the floor in front of the chair is a subwoofer) ![]() (silver squares behind the monitor are speakers)

Ok, well a fouton isn't really like a couch, the cushion is more of a bed cushion but I wouldn't want you to get hurt. As for lighting, my family has this lamp
http://www.amazon.com/Touch-Sensor-F.../dp/B0007G6OCA in their house and it looks pretty good, provides good amount of light. And here is just a cheap wall lamp I found, http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50140263 I really don't know what else you could get in your room.

You should get a mini fridge for under your desk kinda by the curved edge.
