I hope I am posting in the right section. I don't know why this never crossed my mind before building my own computer but I have recently () learned that I can modify my desktop theme, or layout, and now I am intrigued!!!

I saw this on a google search:

I downloaded Samurize but I have to teach myself how to use it. I would love to have the theme above or at least something close to it.

Can anyone let me know how I can do this or where to get it? I have actually seen quite a few themes I think are very cool so I plan on trying to learn how to do it. I am just being impatient.

Is anyone into customizing their desktop background?

Not really the right section - this is more for mods made with tools and paint.

But try out Rainmeter. It's a bit easier to use and does many of the things Samurize does.

Also check out customize.org. TONS of stuff to drool over

Your link doesn't work.
Samurize is a bit old now, but you can still find many configs available for it at deviantart.com.
It's very easy to learn how to create your own configs, it comes with its own editor and a few sample files for you to start with.

You should also check out this thread. If you have only just discovered you can modify your desktop, that link will blow you away.
