Default Painting Keyboard Keys?

I was thinking of painting a few of my keys on my logitech keyboard, but is there any way of getting the lettering/numbers back on after painting. Are they stickers that you have to buy or how does that work?

If the keys aren't black it would be easier to dye the keys because the lettering shows through the dye.
Try looking here.

Otherwise, I think there are key sticker tops that have letters on them.

I did a google for keyboard stickers.
Here is one site: Link

Won't you lose the back light illumination by painting and redoing the lettering of the keys?

Yes you would and also void the warranty.

The lettered sections of the G15 keys are white/unpainted to allow light through them, the G19's key would be the same.

Stickers would be the way to go.

What's the best way to go with painting black/grey keyboard keys? I have a laptop I want to fix up for my girlfriend, and I want to turn the keys from black to a pink.

If you want your girlfriend to be able to see what keys she is pressing, leave the keys black, you can't dye black keys or paint them as you wont be able to see what key you are hitting.
