Well I want to reduce the wire clutter in my U2UFO. It is easy to hide cables but if you look from the other side you see it all. Well I want to wire all three of my radiator fans into one 3 pin fan connector like this picture below.
![]() Is that possible? Or would it short out my power. Thank you!

For the power it will work without any trouble, though I'd suggest not splicing the RPM-sense wires together as this can cause erroneous readings when connected to a header that reads RPM values. Also, you'll have to be sure that the header to which you connect the fan set can handle the current load, so you may not be able to use a motherboard fan header and would be restricted to a molex-3pin adapter or the use of a fan controller.

I will be using a fan controller which doesnt have a rpm sensor, I am using the Sunbeam Rheobus fan controller the one with 4 ports. So is this good?

You just need the yellow wire from one of the fans. Cut the yellow wire on the other two. They will all spin the same speed from the controller. Here is a diagram...
