I like what you are doing, there is little risk.

Simply solder wire onto those leads and onto the psu. If you have a multimeter you can check for continuity.

On a scale of 1-10 of difficulity, this is -5.

Not anywhere that I have found. Which really is odd.. I know its a simple thing to do but I haven't had luck with tech lately. (blew a vcr/dvd player the other day.) So I want to try to be a little bit careful.
