Default Newboy trying a rebuild

Hey all i'm new as you can see

I'm interested in doing a rebuild on my current PC which the specs are:

Intel Pentium Dual Core E2140 @ 1.6Ghz x 2 1mb L2 33C Idle 40-50 Load
2gb Kingston DDR2 667Mhz 5-5-5-15
GeForce 7300GS
Acer F672CR Mobo with SiS 672 Chipset
250W PSU.

Because I'm just 15 I got a crappy budget which depends on exam results lol. What I was thinking was upgrade mobo and PSU then OC CPU and new GPU in future. Can anyone offer some advice. My current setup has alright performance 25FPS in WiC medium + optional extras and CoD4 20-30FPS without shadows (The shadows rape my GPU)

Also is this a good mobo & PSU

The motherboard looks ok as long as you plan on running xp.

The gpu depend on what video card you plan on buying

400 watts is not much these days but like I said it depends on what card you get.
