I can't get my dad or my uncle on the phone, so which brand drill press do you guys think is a good one? I don't have allot of space to store one, so I found some that were not that big, and actually affordable (echoes affordable). Give me your thoughts.

The level of quality that you require will depend upon what material you will be drilling through and how much/often you will be using the drill press.
If you have a Harbor Freight near your house you could probably get one for cheap. [edit] This drill press might serve your purposes. Or you could get something like This (compatible with Dremel). You can also get a similar press that will work with standard power drills.

Edit: This is strictly going to be used for case modding, so nothing I will be drilling into will be no thicker than acrylic (if I ever do an acrylic case)

It is all relative to price. If you are going to use it mostly for just hobby work you can get an acceptable unit from Harbor freight for about $39 on sale for a benchtop model. If you have the cash then go for something like a Milwaukee, Royobi ETC. Those will last your lifetime.

Even the HF ones are variable speed via the pulleys. To get something with electronic speed control will be expensive.

I'd never get one of those dremel-compatible ones because they have so much "play" that it's impossible to have any accuracy. What i mean is because they're so lightweight they flex and move a lot which will usually mis-place your hole.

no dremel presses, they stink. I bought one and immediately stopped using it
spend 109$ and get a skil press from lowes. decent quality, rugged, not expensive
