anyway, its 4:30am, and im stupidly trying to draw this out
this is my turn signal on my car

simple way to reason it,
i have 1157 bulbs, yes, thats running and turnsignal in 1 bulb.
i have illegal red L.E.D bulbs
to by pass trouble, im wiring a seperate orange 194 bulb
i have it wired right now where as a toggle can switch the turn signal from red to orange, BUT the running light remains red

SO, i have devised a plan
i KNOW, on a side marker light, you can wire it into the blinker while being a running light
you cut the ground wire and run it to the turn signal signal wire. when running lights are off, it blinks with turnsignal, if running lights are on, it blinks opposite.

so here is my delima, i need to wire the orange 194 in the same fashion, but where i can switch.
SO, does this look right?
2 bulbs on left are 194, very left is marker light
