Okay, you are all not forgotten :P It seems I abandoned this due to other pressing issues (Fried PC) and with the hopeful powering-up tomorrow of the new PC, I hope to make much more headway on this in the coming week(s). I am hoping to start installing the motors on Thursday (Tomorrow will be used to finish the PC), and I hope to have all three axes' motors installed by Saturday. I then need to order the controller board (PMDX) and install that, then get the PC downstairs to try to fire it up!!!

So hang on tight folks, 'cuz we're going for a ride!

Well, some progress was made last night! Got all 3 motors installed onto their mounts. A buddy of mine came over and it really was a 2-man job...One to hold the motors up, the other to guide the couplings together. Tonight I'll finish tightening down the motors and make sure the gap between the couplings is correct, around 1/16". Board order should go out today, as well Decided on the PMDX-122 control board

I'll have some pictures up tonight!
