Pictures, as promised
I used a servo driver board, as well as a razor knife for size comparison  Ideally I would like to use a 12" * 12" box with a window on top to house the PMDX board and the 4 servo drivers.Enjoy

Ohhhhh I didn't realize you were going servo. Nice! In retrospect, I wish I had. But, at the time, servo drivers and motors were WAY more than steppers.

Man I've been missing out on this thread. that looks great.
and Franken i didn't know you were into this too. you were mentioned something a few pages back about converting Cad to GCODE. thats funning right now thats what I've been doing at work for the last couple years. programing a 5 axis laser offline from cad data to G-Code. I got a sweet program for it but i can't afford to bring it home  I'll post some pics of my home shop when i get a chance. its a mess right now though..
