That one looks better suited for your mill than that other one you showed me. The Kurt Anglock and others like it are HUGE and HEAVY. That is super cheap too for a vise if it's good quality, the Anglock is upwards of $500 just for the 4" version, over $1000 for the 8" and almost $2000 for the swivel version which is what my shop had 8 of.

I also need to put together a small list of basic start-up tools and equipement from littlemachineshop.com - RyGuy, could you give me some help with tools, as far as links go? I would really apprecaite it. Assume I have no tools for the mill as of yet.

Well, you will need a horizontal dial indicator, thats for sure. I assume you are going to be cutting mostly aluminum and copper? Get some two flute HSS flat endmills, maybe a few ball end. I like carbide endmills for cutting steel. I guess it really depends on your budget. A fly cutter would be nice too. You have a collet set right?

I don't know of any great places to order online as I would always go to a place near my house to get stuff. It was an industrial supply store, you might be better off finding one of those because the people there will be able to help you find what you need too.

Almost forgot, you might want some parallels too.

Considering there is nothing near me (redneck part of MA), I am thinking I will be doing the majority of my ordering online :\

Primarily doing work in copper and Delrin. Do you know of any good "starter sets" of endmills online? I will be picking up a set of ER16 collets to do all my work with, but I have a 3/8" collet right now that I can use for a 3/8" endmill. I plan on picking up the full set when I get the chance.

I can accept up to a 3/8" shank, so the ones you listed would do me no good- They have larger shanks than I can fit in the mill. The one above has a 3/8" shank all around. That set sound good?

Yeah those look good, I just listed the other ones for when you get a collet set. That actually looks like a set a friend of mine had, since his were uncoated too, it was a good set.

Yeah, the maximum collet size for ER16 happens to be 3/8, which I don't think is too bad considering I'm not going to need anything larger than a 3/8" endmill.

I will probably finish out the set of collets soon, just so that I can be versatile and can use any tooling necessary.

Hmm, you might not even need a collet set then, just a drill chuck. You can also get 1/2" cutters with 3/8" shanks. I think that set has one.
