 And I am hoping that it only continues that way! In all honesty, I wouldn't be anywhere I am today without the countless members at cnc-zone and esp. Atomicfission and RyGuy, they all have been invaluable in getting this thing off the ground!

Another quick update: With a few hours of tinkering, the CAD model of the PCB plate is semi-working. A basic, basic layout is here. Also, I have my standoffs picked out from McMaster, I'll order some Masterkleer and some endmills at the same time to save on shipping

Again, quite the simple method. I need to find a way to make it an enclosure, not just a big plate with PCB's on it. That's going to be the rough part, because I don't have access to a press brake or anything like that :\

You can always get a roll of galvanized coil-stock, they use it for roof flashing and making duct work, almost any hard-ware store has it...It's easy to brake with 2 -2" roofing squares and a couple of C-clamps..Use angle iron inside for bracing so you can hang a heavy door on it...Or just 1x2" pine wood to frame it inside...
