Basicley USENET is servers that have newsgroups... Kind of like the old BBS style web forums... Anyways inside a newsgroup you can post parts of files like a msg and it can be downloaded via a USENET client.

Large files are split across multiple posts so you need to download all parts and then have them scanned and rebuilt.

It gets more complicated then that but basicley thats what it is.

hi i have tried all this no luck can u help me specific with my router(belkin)

i don't have any options to configure my router, and all the ports give me a NAT error? what to do?

Yo i have a belkin router, first run windows cmd, then type ipconfig, second find your "ip adress" and you should get a block of 4 #'s. then go to 192.168.2.1. That brings you to ur router setup page. There, you click on "virtual servers" on the left side. Once your there, type in whatever ports you want open (default bittornet port is 6881). Then go back to you 4 digit ip #, and on the last # put that in the slot "private ip adress" Then hit apply changes, and your set to download!
PS. this is for Belkin routers only
