Say you wanted your computer to be able to sleep - would this still work if the computer was sleeping, and would it not wake the computer up? Then the theif wouldn't realize he was being taped.

I dunno why but I just got this apprehensive thought that it was like a keylogger for webcams and would be transmitting the images to an evil server somewhere...some ancient freakzoid glued to his chair in a room with a hundred monitors scribbling notes...peering at us....

logitech software that comes with most of their webcams has this function already, i use it when our house was being built. after we moved in and had warranty issues id use it when i wasnt home to monitor the people coming in to fix stuff

i think someone's been stealing the toilet paper (no joke) from my apartment, im trying to find a place to hide the camera without being blatantly obvious
