Thanks the help. That's a common issue if you use MS WMI vs. other third party deveopment tool. I don't have enough funding for the third party tool so I used MS WMI. MS WMI uses defult multi x external fsb. That's why is off. Thanks the help.

Dont know if this one has been abandoned, but seems like it has some problems currently maybe it has something to do with NVIDIA and physX.
