Default how do i stop this run-time error?

hi people.


I use a program called weather watcher ( well you know what it's for)
problem is that i have this runtime error that i have never seen before and i don't know how to sort it, i have googled this but did not find much..

just need to know what is causing this problem so i can sort it in the future if it happens agen.

It's an internal error code. You need to contact the developers.

You probably are missing a .dll or something. Try updating your .NET Framework (I taking a wild guess that this is what the program is built upon).
