Exactly. Your monitor is larger than the regular DVD resolution. If you stretch it out, the quality is going to go down.

Invest in some blue-ray titles. I got I Am Legend and it looks GREAT, even on 1920x1200.

Nup it was because i was converting it from a DVD to an .AVI file which is a smaller format.. I set the setting to convert it to MPEG2 file and it's perfect, I have even watched the copied file on my 50inch plasma and it looks perfect.. I'm using Magic DVD ripper.. Thanks for the help guys!
