may be im just missing something, but it seems to me firefox 3 is faster than chrome, atleast on my machine.

not just that, but open up task manager. chrome is resource hogging more than firefox.

personally i think google should of just teamed up with mozilla to make a super browser. we don't need to add another browser to the browser war.

I cant click my mouse wheel and scroll super fast, big inconvenience for me, Ubuntu doesn't let me do that either. O well. I like the layout of it!

With multiple tabs open Chrome will use more resources, each tab has its own process. This aids in stability, security and allows for better resource management in the long run. If you close out a tab you instantly get that mem back, not so with FF.

yeah if a website crashes on you it will only close that tab and not the whole browser

Google Chrome is nice, but it's not seeing my harddrives untill an ABP like addon is in, which functions as well as ABP in FF. I NEVER see an ad, popup or other crap, ever, nothing gets by...
