I got a new video camera last summer (Canon HV10), which is HD. My last camera wasn't HD, so I just used the built-in capture program within Vegas 7. I'm looking to get back into making videos for fun, and I just upgraded to Vegas 8. But there still isn't a way to capture HD within the program, so I'm going to need a 3rd party app for that. I've scoured the internet, and just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Anyone have any suggestions? I just need a simple app that I can preview the video and capture the bits that I need. Thanks for any help.
