Default Internet Problem

I just randomly have the problem where i cant load new pages in my web browsers. If im on a page and i click something or type in a new web address, the page turns white for a second, then just reloads the page i was just on. It does this for all of my web browsers; firefox, google chrome, explorer. the only one that im able to do anything with is the web browser thats in the steam beta version. Whats going on here?

Sounds like a router problem to me. You might try resetting the router, and see if that helps. It could also be Windows Firewall acting up. See if you accidentally set it to "Super ultra lockdown zomg you can't use your computer because there are hackers hiding in the Internet kind of like that guy who hides in your bushes with a camera except unlike him the hackers actually want to steal your stuff and break your computer and not just try and get a picture of you getting out of the shower naked" mode.
