EA DRM Removal Tool

I know they have come out with a tool so it can be removed, but I have Crysis Warhead installed on a 500GB secondary HDD. When I run the scan, it doesn't find any games because it is searching the C:/ Drive. Is there a way to change it to search another HDD?
