Default PING not imaging\restoring right

Ok, I'm using PING to back up and restore images to multiple computers in the building. For some reason when I restore the image on some computers and reboot all I get is a black screen with a blinking cursor. On the ones it does work on, for example say an image from a comp was 6.89 GB, then it sets the C:\ drive to 6.89GB with 0b free space. If you go into Disk Managment it shows the C:\ drive as the full 38GB but with no partions (just a whole disk) so I there's nothing to extend to.

Here is my current config file:
Code:
DEFAULT default
PROMPT 1
TIMEOUT 26
DISPLAY boot.msg

LABEL default
KERNEL kernel
APPEND   server=10.10.0.22
           share=partimage
           user=isd\administrator
           passwd=******
           directory=\\10.10.0.22\partimage\images
           repart=n
           ater_completion=reboot
           replace_bios=n
          cifs_preferred=y
          zsplit_preferred=n
          no_shell=y
          auto=y           vga=normal
          devfs=nomount
          pxe ramdisk_size=55000
          load_ramdisk=1
          init=/linuxrc
          prompt_ramdisk=0
          initrd=initrd.gz
          root=/dev/ram0
          rw noapic nolapic
          lba combined_mode=libata
          ide0=noprobe
          nomce pci=nomsi
          irqpoll quiet

LABEL dummy
The part in red is the part I added with all custom commands.

Yes, they are all Dells. I have created a separate image for each model, ie. Optiplex 755, Optiplex GX620, Optiplex 320, Dimension 2400.

ATM I'm working on the Dimension 2400s.

Ok, honestly? No one has any ideas here or on the PING boards? Seriously? Then I need a new program...
