I would say smartdefrag.
However Diskeeper is the best out of the two IMO (despite the companies slightly shady religious convictions)

Diskeeper 2009 Pro FTW!

Iobit smart defrag is not as good...it doesn't even defrag system files..that comparison chart is not accurate... file placement is there in DK2009 pro.

Vista defragmentor.

Only thing it lacks is a pretty GUI, but all your going to do is set it to run at 4:00AM any ways.
