Default how to use UHARC compression software

hey guys there is a software called UHARC used for compression which can compress games from 2-3 gega to hundreds of mbs only and when extracted it open a DOS prompt and begin uncompressing which take a good ammount of time , i downloaded UHARC and tried to compress with it, can't make it better than winzip!!! how do they do it !!!!

Are there options to control the level of compression?

Many games are compressed by default, and decompressed on the fly. Compressing them again is of limited use.

yes there options to control the level of compression, i put it at the highest levels still the same, nothing important, man imagine they compressed colin mcrae 2 from 1.8 gega to 180 megas only with whole movies and sounds
