Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows of any software that allows you to controll fans that are plugged into 3 pin points on your mainboard.

Thanks

Did you already check the BIOS to see which fans you can control? Or have you already gained control of those fans, but now want control of the other fans that you can't control?

I only ask because I have a similar issue where I can control most of my fans with the BIOS, but I have 2 fans that I can't control. But I'm lucky in that they don't need to be adjusted.

But, SpeedFan is probably the software that will get recommended the most.

The software that came with your motheboard should be able to do it. Asus AI Suite I think is the name. I prefer using the software that accompanies the motherboard since after all they did make it. That being said Speedfan sometimes has it's quirky problems.

When you look in the BIOS, look for something like "System Monitor". Go in there, and then look for Dynamic Fan Control (or something similar, at least).

Just to be clear.... you can only control fans that have the circuitry for either voltage or PWM adjustments. If you can't control it in the BIOS, then that means it is NOT adjustable.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular

But I have fans that are plugged into parts of the motherboard that are not listed in the Dynamic Fan Control section, and therefore I cannot control them.
