I am trying to take an ISO file as what you would find on a program like MemTest86 or others and trying to use that program directly from the flash drive. I have an ISO image of a disc that has several diagnostic utilities and virus scanners that I want to run from a flash drive on netbooks for instance. So could someone help me out or point me in the right direction?

You can use winrar to open the ISO file and Extract the contents of it to your Flash drive.
