Default Windows Live Messenger Keeps hanging [Windows 7]

I have tried everything that Microfail, ahem, Microsoft says to do to fix WLM not responding, even the clean install, but it still keeps crashing and disconnecting. I was looking through the Event manager and found this:

Fault bucket , type 0
Event Name: AppHangTransient
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: msnmsgr.exe
P2: 14.0.8089.726
P3: 4a6ce533
P4: unknown
P5: unknown
P6: unknown
P7: unknown
P8:
P9:
P10:

Attached files:

Not sure if that means anything to anyone...Anyway
I'd really like to get some help here. I have no clue what's gone wrong with it.
