Ive been looking for a program that removes files.. i cam across Evidence Eliminator.. any good?

Remove what kind of files? If you just want general purpose cleanup, CCleaner will do just fine.

I use CCleaner and it works best for me. I haven't tried Evidence Eliminator, but, I don't see that it's Win7 compatible.

This is talking about destroying traces of (whatever) files. Probably illegals.

I would try to find somebody with a degausser, personally.

I'm not sure if the cipher command is still in Windows 7.

Under XP you could actually go to the command prompt and type

cipher /w:filepath

This will write over the data at least 3 times.
