Default Looking for free FTP Backup software
Since I own my own website, I was wondering if there is a free and light weight program to automatically backup my files to an FTP server.

Set your FTP as a network drive after adding as a network place and use any free folder syncing software.

I'm currently running Windows 7 on my netbook. None of those options appear in the control panel

I believe Syncback Free will do this...Cobian Backup is another free option.
