Yeah, a broken and atrophied Vista that's been on drugs for several years and is barely "alive"

Windows ME even had trouble installing sometimes, let alone crashing whilst in the OS.

1. vista... now are you serious? sure it was bad at launch but look at it 2 service packs later. ME IMO is the worst version >.>
list is fail also, IPv6 is success, y2k is success, mp3 is success. 3 out of 10 on that list is success, thus he fails
