Default Software To test my HDD

I have a 10k RPM WD hard drive i think might be having some trouble what are some good software testes i can do.. something like prime 95 would do for stressing the cpu/ram...Any recommendations would be awesome thanks allot

Just use HDTune. It will let you know if there are any errors.
