My company makes HD Video Multiplex Systems and our new hardware is using 95%+ of the system BUS. Is there any software that can monitor the system BUSs? Like PCI-E, PCI-X, and FSB for bandwidth usage and throughput? Also we need a device or add on card that will send and email or failure notice if the server goes down. Please help!!

You can have another server repeatedly ping the server (through LAN), and if it doesn't respond say 5 times, it can be considered dead.
