I have two of these files and I'm trying to mount them but I honestly don't know what to do with them. I've never seen .R35 and .R49 files before.

Can someone please assist me?

Not necessarily de-crypt, just un-pack. However, yes, you do need WinRar to un-pack the files.

Need winrar to extract them all. Right click on any of them click extract here, wait, and you have your contents. Depending on the source (ahem), it'll either be unpacking or un-compressing.
