well i want to know whats the best ip changer software? i tried google but all the ones that i saw were crap. im trying to change my ip so i can log on to this websit i got banned. if u can help me id appreciate it

I don't think this is allowed via OCN for that purpose, but if you wanted to be anonymous on the internet; not trying to get passed bans on sites - try Hotspot Shield.

I would recommend Hotspot Shield. Just install it and activate it then you will appear as if you have an ip in the us

hotspot shield is GREAT.

it will get around many work/school firewalls also - i used it al this year at school.....was a great timewaster.....
