even with shipping I still saved money by going to TDN1979. Also TDN1979 did some extra sanding work on the hole sI made in the mobo tray (at no charge) so it would look work much cleaner when he was finished. He also offered to take care of the rivets, since I only had a few, but it wasn't needed.

You cant powdercoat over bondo.. I learnt it the hard way

Bondo cannot withstand the heat for required for powdercoating, it will immediately crack and fall off..

I just had a nightmarish time with bondo... I never thought of powdercoating the case. So i had bondo all over it..
I now decided to powdercoat, I spent a couple of hours with a heatgun and a putty knife scraping the bondo off..
