Dude if you could match the outside of my black TJ07, I would DEFINITELY want you to anodize the inside of my case. I would want a few small pieces done in a crimson red if at all possible. Just figure out a estimated price, because I am VERY interested and I finally got some spare cash.

matching anodizing gets sorta hard. Without a lot of work, you can't match the inside of the TJ07 with outside. You would have to put a brush finish on the inside parts in order to make it look anywhere near right. But, If I do this, I should be able to get close.

And if I remember, the armor is steel. You can check with a magnet to make sure though.

I know a bit about anodizing since the shop I work at gets all the parts anodized. The most common colors are red, black, blue, and clear. I doubt clear will be a popular option in this case however .

I would suggest setting up runs of colors instead of doing them on a case by case basis, as you would already have the dye and everything set up. This would allow you to lower the cost dramatically compared.

Also I would like the note that anodizing does indeed make the anodized surface no longer electrically conductive (hence them doing it to heat sinks often), and also makes the surface a lot harder then it would normally be. It would be unlikely that the anodizing would be casually scraped off.

Unless I am mistaken, black is steel, silver is aluminum.

Most of the higher end cases are made out of aluminum and the outside of them are Anodized. For an example, I will use the TJ07. The outter case is anodized and the inside is bare aluminum. What would you think about getting your case anodized on teh inside to match the outside?

Now, this can only be done on aluminum. The acids that are used in this process will make steel go away lol. If you are interested in this, vote in teh poll and tell me why. I want to hear from everyone weather you want it or don't want it.
I would rather not.
It has to be conductive and grounded because of possible ESDs.

However, I'd like to do it on many other things, but I don't know where to buy the acids and borosilicate pyrex containers, any idea ?
