The white powder is just that, powder. It's actually the clear before it's baked. It wipes off, I just didn't get it all off before shooting the pics.

It looks like all of the imperfections are either on the inside or are covered by the plastic panels that go on it. The rest of it looks great.

Look at the first set of coated pics. That will show you what the problems where. I put a second coat of color on it, but it didn't fix it all.

It will be on its way to you tomorrow. I will drop it off on my way to OKC to talk to a company. Let me know what you think when you get it.

Looks great. I am sorry I won't be able to get my case powder coated by you. At least you hopefully had a decent run at it!

I have lost about $2000 doing this so I didn't get much out of it. But, I have a buddy that is thinking about buying all my stuff so I might see about getting him setup on here. I will be coaching him and teaching him everything that I know so that you all can still get your case coated cheaper than you can elseware. I will keep you all updated.

Sorry to hear that you are stopping i planned on Modding my case a little then sending it to you to be powder coated.

I dont know much about powder coating but is it the powder your using? have you tried other powders with your new gun, is there too much humidity? is there some kind of coating on pc case's that need to be sand blasted?

It's a shame you want to stop when you have it all there at your fingertips. Just be calm and go about it in a hyper organized very catagorical checklist kind of way. Heat, humidity, setup, clean tools, etc. Seems like you really have the potential to figure it out.

I'm sure I can figure it out, I just can't afford to figure it out. The high pressure steam cleaner that I need for the Iron PHosphate cleaner is way out of my range. The spraybooth that I need is out of my range. But who knows, if this buddy of mine backs out on me, I'm pretty much stuck iwth the gun so I may be able to do this again. But for now, I'm just going to finish the jobs that I have and hang it up.
