He pays a fee for the privilege of selling his work and services here. Before you quote the tos to someone, think about reading some of the other threads in the forum that you are posting in.

To Frozen-Q: I really like your work mate, and am looking forward to seeing some more of your build logs.

Excuse me for living, I guess if I have questions from now on (and that is what my initial post was, a question since I said "correct me if I am wrong") I should just keep them to myself?!

Here is another QUESTION, how do you know he is paying OCN for the right to sell his work here? The "flame" icon under your avatar is the only thing that I knew of that identified someone as paying for anything here at OCN, and that icon represents an upgraded account. Is there some other icon or something that says someone has paid for something?

No reason to fire back with an a***** answer, I'm just asking questions here trying to see how this all works.

I'm a little tired so I'm sorry if my post came off too harsh. All I'm saying is that if you looked in the artisan thread, you would see that there are two vendors there. Frozen-Q and TDN. TDN has sold off all of his powdercoating equipment and is no longer doing the work. But Frozen-Q is still alive and kicking
