A wirelessPCI card is about $20....most routers will handle at least ten channels of wireless traffic--meaning you should be able to pop in an inexpensive DLiink card and be good to go. If the PC that is currently connected wirelessly also has onboard LAN then yes you can use a crossover cable--and configure your wireless PC as the gateway PC and your other PC configured to connect to the internet throught he gateway... a lot of ifs there...
EDIT: beat me to that idea LOL

The cheapest wireless card in canada i can find is 60 bux (locally). So, connecting a lan cable too my main rig, then the other one would work?

It should. you might run into firewall troubles and so on, but it will most likely work. Just remember a Crossover cable ( the wires in the actualy cable are just reversed. Like the one you would use to connect two x-box's
