There are a few conditions for the postbit:

1. Generated 2 or more WU
2. Posted int he "Folders: Check in Here" thread
3. A section director (Me or Taeric) will enter you into the database and in 24 hours the postbit is visible.

EDIT: Upon review of the "Folders: Check in Here" thread, you name has been added to the database. Give it like a day to appear.
